Scholarship Application

We at FUSION understand that financial situations are complex and not reducible to a mere salary. Therefore, we are asking for either a letter or a statement of need for scholarships. Letters or statements may be from parents, guardians, or care providers close to the family. Scholarships requests will be evaluated separately from summer camp applications. Families are encouraged to apply for scholarships. Please indicate what percentage of camp tuition fee would be required for the child(ren) to attend the FUSION Program Summer Day Camp.
